Last night, there were eBOSS 25 minutes left when an eBOSS plate is =
completed.
25 minutes is not enough to mount a new eBOSS cartridge and take even =

exposure, so observers decided to switch to MaNGA earlier. Yes, I think =
this
30 minute flexibility is very helpful.

Here is what we agreed on:
If a time trade is initialized by observers, we will make sure the time =
be paid back.  If a time trade is initialized
by survey teams, teams should keep tracking the time trade.=20
