I swapped the dolly for one of the heavier ones that are normally used.  =
Those lighter ones we often use during summer as they are easier to drag =
around, we should not have been using them for observing overflow as =
they have no brakes at all.  All I can guess is that the one being used =
got frozen to the ground.=
