We experienced the same behavior a couple nights ago: the green "motion
enable" LED on the Rolling Enclosure Drive Cabinet was not lit despite all
the opening conditions/interlocks appearing to be satisfied. It turned out
to be the west door bumper switch was the culprit because when we cycled
the west door down and then up again the switch registered and the green
"motion enable" LED enabled. This didn't fix the enclosure motion problem
because we had to reset the thermal breakers, but this *did* at least fix
the problem of the green "motion enable" light and meant we did not need
the interlocks bypass.
