Entire night lost to dust, high wind, and radar returns.
MaNGA lost 5.2 hours.  APOGEE lost 4.2 hours.

We noted on the TPM spectro-psi value was red for most of the night (LN2 tank
connected to SP2).  We contacted JohnD to check and make sure there were no
obvious LN2 leaks from that dewar tank.

Delayed opening due to high dust and nearby radar return.  We see possible verga
near site.
08:09Z  Lots of radar.  Still closed.
8:30Z We called JohnD to check on the LN2 tank attached to SP2, since the tank
was venting quite a bit and leaked out ~10lbs of LN2.  He recommended tapping
the connector, and that stopped the venting.  However, on TPM display, the
spectro-psi value appears in red.  This value has not recovered as of 11:30Z.
The actual pressure in both LN2 tanks are okay.  See telescope status section of
the log for the latest reading from this night.
11:27Z  Giving up.  Cloudy and radar return.
