For some reason, the first set of APOGEE evening are all darks. I checked APOGEE instrument GUI that showed lamps were on, shutter was open. I also checked the calibration box in the lower enclosure, the light for light source was on. In short, everything seemed fine, but all data are darks. Then I took one Quartz Flat, it is fine. Then I restarted the evening calibration script, the data set was fine this time. Not sure what caused the problem in the first set. We will keep an eye on it. Bad weather prevents evening ventilation. ---- Observing Log ---- 03:27Z We noticed the the Apogee collimator was reading all 1 so we issued an 'apogee coll init' to bring it back to OK status. 07:20Z Rain sensor went off. High humidity, rising wind speed. 11:53Z Giving up. 12:02Z Started morning eBOSS and APOGEE cals.
