---- Observing Summary ----
It was cloudy. We opened for 50 minutes didn't get useful data.
John run tests on his new fixes in guider and SOP codes which past the test.
Guider v3_3 and sop v3_2_1 were tagged, declared current, running. Ticket 2284
was closed.
Notes to developers and engineers:
1. Sorry to report this while many of us thought the issue was fixed. We
experienced one out of closed loop on the gotoField of cart 2 at UT 02:14:10.
2. Last night, the first APOGEE bundle (fiber 1-30) on cart 2 has low throughput
on the dome flat taken after science exposures. We took five dome flats with
unpluging/plugging between on the cart. All of these dome flats are fine tonight.
3. We used "Do Apogee Dome Flat" button on SOP GUI to take several dome flats
for the test above, and found that it open the APOGEE shutter before taking a
dome flat, but doesn't close the shutter after the flat. We think that the
shutter should be closed afterward.

03:14:10Z: we had a out of closed loop on goto Field.
03:15Z: clear axes, and re-issued gotoField. SOGTF.
03:55Z it was too cloudy to get useful data, and there are some pollen in air.
We decided to close back.

checked today, but did see any report on it. So we took five dome flats with

the shutter after the dome flat. We think that it should close the shutter after
taking the dome flat.
10:30Z It is clear, but still high humidity with dew point difference of 3.9 C.
Since it is only 40 minutes from 8 degree twilight, we decided to call it night.
