Unfortunately, we experience a chain of false correlated events, that made last night unusual and looked like a building problem. We clearly overlooked the non-5 degree altitude of the telescope in the evening. It looked normal, more over, finally we opened the building not interfering with the telescopes. I'm in doubt that interlock-because of the telescope's position,- was evolved in the evening case. The building started opening smoothly without the interlock. The building started moving. After moving it ~ 4 feet I released the button and pushed it again in a few seconds, - building did not move. Interlock did not show anything useful in this case. After Joe inserted the bypass, and then removed it right away, it started moving. In the morning it was a "correlated" problem, but not real. Telescope did move not the full way down to 5 degrees, and the building did not start because of this reason. First thing we thought is "this is the dame problem as in the evening". So the immediate solution was to do the same as Joe did. We inserted the bypass and started moving the telescope. After a few moments, we checked the altitude of the telescope and corrected it. Should we had no evening problem (whose reason is still puzzling to me), in the morning we would check the altitude first. As a result, nothing wrong happened, nothing is broken, no night operation time lost. Best wishes, Dmitry > I went through the tpm data from the PLC.
