However, we need to take post-cals for MaNGA if an observation on a = MaNGA=20 plate is over 1 hour (DOS should give post-cals reminder).=20 >=20 > We have updated Ticket #2453 in regards to SOP appearing as = co-observing when we > were on a pure APOGEE cart. goToField command failed as Hartmanns = received no > light (there are no MaNGA fibers on Cart 7-9). The fix is to just = apply Bypass > in SOP to isApogee. Please see Problems in Detail for more = information. Because it is a APOGEE-lead plate, SoP loads a co-observing GUI although = MaNGA=20 holes are not plugged. Petunia does show which co-observing plates are = actually have both survey fibers plugged, observers could mis-read one row. So it=E2=80=99s better = to have a SOP GUI of pure APOGEE=20 plate since we do have all information in plateDB.=20 This problem resulted 45 minutes time loss (the first gotoField issued = at ~8:56 Z, and the last one at ~9:41Z). There was also a fiducial error involved in one slew. = Observers ended the night observation at 8 degree morning twilight when the scheduled ending time is 12 = degree, which got 20 minutes on-sky time back, reduced the time loss to 25 minutes.=20 DanO: For the time tracking, please attribute 5 minutes to softwares, 5 = minutes to hardwares (correct the=20 fiducial and re-slew), and 15 minutes to operational error.=20 >=20 > We also had to accept AZ fiducials this evening ~9:40Z.
