Afternoon notes:
Reverted from new testing tcc to old tcc.
Restarted guider and sop software related with new
tcc, and ran from branches,  to current stable versons.
Running new sos software:
idlspec2d (sos3) ---  v5_7_6

Night lost to clouds, humidity and light rain/snow.
Had an issue with SP1 blue camera not responding to startfillseq. Did it
manually with guidance from Dan Long.
There is an issue with the 180LN2 spectro dewar(SP2). It needs immediate
assistance. We cannot close the dewar exhaust so we will leave the pressure at
~0 until it can be dealt with.

startfillseq on SP1 blue camera wasn't working.
With Dan Long's guidance we hooked up an emergency fill box  up to the SP1 blue
camera and topped it off. Fills behaved normally after that.
