First half of the night was lost to high humidity.  Opened at 07:14 when
humidity finally dropped.
EBOSS OBSERVING:
Cart 12 (Plate 7157) - not done
MANGA OBSERVING:
Cart 2 (Plate 8082) - aborted on E dither.  Completed NS of the dither set.
Closed at 9:00Z due to high humidity.
Opened several tickets this evening related to various problems with the SOP and
SOS page (see log for description of each problem).  MaNGA observations did not
appear on DoS page.  We called Anne-Marie to update her on the observations.
Filed ticket #2140 for the ticketing system is still on SDSS-III wiki?

Checked actors. The BOSS cals taken this morning hung after the 9th bias. I
cleared the exposure and continued with afternoon checkout.
Gathered guider dark, mirror numbers, BOSS cals, and APOGEE
cals. Started BOSS collimation with cart 16:
