Checkout enclosure. Nearby radar delayed evening ventilation.
John P., Jon B. and observers trouble shooting on connection issue between
tcc and gcam.

Weather keeps us closing.
working on fiducial table.
05:30Z started ventilation.
Restored default.dat and mir.dat file to ones before Russell made changes on
them on 10/4/2011. Then home/relax primary.
07:30Z We opened and did additional work on collimation; however, the seeing was
as bad as 3" which made fine collimation very difficult.
11:00Z Weather conditions and seeing not improving; closed for the night.
