Run in STUI:
/Scripts/APOGEE/dither_clearing_script
/Scripts/APO-local/dither_clearing_script
It moves dither to several dithering position
and makes arc in each of them.

list_ap -dither is  the program to run on sos3 or apogee-ql
to select the sequence of this sequence from all observations
and print table its. Good for records.
