Clear skies (until 11:45Z) and variable seeing thereafter. Observed the following eBOSS plates: Cart. 16, 7835 Cart. 13, 7621 - possibly done; we have asked Kyle and Stephen to confirm Cart. 15, 7632 Observed the following MaNGA+APOGEE-2 plate: Cart. 3, 8140 - obtained 5X NSE dithers @ 900s each - 7X ABBA + 1X AB @ 450s each; 4-f fibers in dome flat Notes ----- - The light curtain in the cartridge bay needed to be adjusted during the night in order for the elevator to move. Day crew might want to have a look to check the adjustment. - We see the "weird" feature on the APOGEE chip in the region X:[5121,5632 pix] (all Y pixels). I got error that "boss ping" command was already finished. After second "boss ping" no error. Status is ok. I needed to mounted cart 11 for boss collimation and for night, I had a problem to mount. Called to Kaike and Dan Long. We found out that rotator was 2' off its zero position, and it was a case.
