Hi Garrett,
   I'm not sure why, but it appears the loadCartridge command for =
cartridge 17 came after the slew was issued to the TCC, so the telescope =
went to the previously loaded cartridge (18, 6717) on the first =
gotoField after the instrument change.  The next time the telescope was =
slewed (and following another loadCartridge), it went to the coordinates =
for cartridge 17, plate 6735.  Log excerpts below.

This looks like the coordinates for cartridge 18, plate 6717
The tron log for sop shows cartridge 17 was loaded, but a couple of =
seconds after the slew. =20
