The new test version of SOS works. It disregards input from R2. ---- Observing Log ---- Afternoon: --------- BOSS collimation was checked with cartridge 15. No adjustment was made. motorPosition sp1: 15909, 15996, 15710; sp2: 13957, 13438, 14551; Median spectrographs temperatures: Tsp1= 3.0, Tsp2= 2.2; Outside air temperature= 2.2; John's temporary SoS version, v1_2_0h-bad_r2, was tested and confirmed It works without R2. SoS doHartmann on this new version successfully finished and moved collimators on both SP1 and SP2 with steps that are consistent with full hartmann exposures.
