   The tcc is complaining it can't initialize tcc_gcam1 during the set =
instrument command.  I'm not sure if this is by design (e.g. the guider =
actor handles guiding instead of the TCC), but this message showed up in =
every TCC log I looked at (as far back as 11-Oct).
