About 28 minutes was lost due to the problem. Evening APOGEE calibrations all look like darks. We are sure that the gang connector was in the podium dense pack port. Morning calibrations look OK. We had a trouble after the last exposure. First, 6 exposures were queued, and we had to change the number to 5. It did not work: neither from Howard's, nor from mine SOP window it allowed changing the number of the exposures. When the 5th (last in our understanding) exposure was read out, Howard hit the button "goto Instrument change". Telescope moved there, but the exposure started, any way. First tried was "Stop" button in SOP, then "X" there. Then issued "boss exposure abort", then "boss exposureClear". Didn't work. Actors were checked and all were OK except "boss" (than could be busy with the exposure). Then Howard started procedure of restarting bos -icc. We issued "sop restart". After that cartridge was loaded normally. We were able to go to the field, but on one of calibration frames SOP hanged and showed "Exp. Status: Flashing" forever. This is a sign of boss-icc crashing, and we went to restore it, see 05:54:04 group of commands above. During these operations we checked the biases shown above and found them looking bad, too noisy.
