We lost about 30 minutes at the beginning of the night to nearby storms. We found two loose screws protruding of the bottom of cartridge 14 that prevented the cartridge from sitting flush onto the lift, thus triggering a very important interlock. The lift then would not go down with the cartridge. Dan long was notified. We ended up finding two loose screws sticking out of the bottom of cartridge 14 that prevented the cartridge from sitting flush onto the lift. This obviously triggered a very important interlock, but we were unable to locate the interlock within the software to know what was wrong and then proceed to fix the problem. We tightened down the two screws, and were able to finally remove cartridge 14.
