This value should be fine.  The red warning occured at xmid 2032.9 for
r1.  r1 was replaced this summer and we are in the process of updating
the warning values.  The new warnings for r1 are yellow between 2032-2048
so this would have been fine with the correct values of xmid.  Thanks
