It rained briefly at one point. We opened at 10:25Z and attempted to gather RV standard data with cart 9, plate 4941 through the clouds. Please check the mirror for dust when you get a chance. ---- Observing Log ---- Afternoon: ---------- Checked telescope. Gathered mirror numbers. Night: ------ 04:27Z - Started to sprinkle. Stopped ventilating. 05:36Z - Clouds cleared so we started ventilating again, but we are very doubtful that they will stay away for long. Any sign of cloud overhead is bad news since these clouds definitely carry moisture in them. 06:09Z - We had some very high dust counts, ~13-25k. Hard to tell why the counts spiked since there was no wind, but just in case the dust counts are real, we stopped ventilating. 10:10Z - Dust lower now (~3k), but still lots of clouds and radar on the way. We started ventilating, mounted cart 9, and opened. 10:18Z - gotoField cart 9, plate 4941A. No guide stars because of clouds. Dust rising again (~7k). Planning to observe RV standard stars. Was able to observe 2 RV standards in and out of the clouds. 15 10:33 01920015 Object ObjName 3 beta Cyg fiber 190 16 10:35 01920016 Object ObjName 8 beta Cyg fiber 190 17 10:40 01920017 Object ObjName 2 beta Cyg fiber 232 18 10:41 01920018 Object ObjName 3 beta Cyg fiber 232 19 10:43 01920019 Object ObjName 8 beta Cyg fiber 232 20 10:47 01920020 Object ObjName 3 beta Cyg fiber 232 21 10:49 01920021 Object ObjName 8 beta Cyg fiber 232 22 10:51 01920022 Object ObjName 8 beta Cyg fiber 232 23 10:52 01920023 Object ObjName 3 beta Cyg fiber 240 24 10:57 01920024 Object ObjName 3 HD208527 fiber 190 25 10:59 01920025 Object ObjName 8 HD208527 fiber 190 26 11:03 01920026 Object ObjName 8 HD208527 fiber 190 27 11:07 01920027 Object ObjName 11 HD208527 fiber 240 28 11:09 01920028 Object ObjName 11 HD208527 fiber 240 29 11:15 01920029 Object ObjName 30 sky exp, offset 0.01 deg RA 30 11:16 01920030 DomeFlat ObjName 5 None 31 11:22 01920031 Dark ObjName 10 None 32 11:24 01920032 Dark ObjName 10 None 11:29Z - Lots of clouds, radar.
