The 5 fields we were able to observe were taken with poor seeing and intermittent clouds. We collected a fair amount of dust tonight. Can someone please check the mirror? Observed the following: ----------------------- Cart 1 4728A 1-12 15/16 Cart 1 4728B 1-12 Cart 4 4514A 93/94 115/116 Cart 4 4514B 29/30 Cart 3 4516A 39/40 Nathan, please note: some of the TIOs had ridiculously low PMT values, even though they looked fine and the individual fiber counts looked very similar to the exposures with normal PMT values. ---- Observing Log ---- Afternoon: ---------- Turned on ThAr lamp Checked out telescope. Gathered mirror numbers Mounted Cart 1 for the beginning of the night 23:30Z Ventilations started Night: ------ High wind and high dust. Clouds and LOTS of radar in the distance 01:02Z encl25m : open 01:06Z cals 01:35Z loadCart: ct=1, pl=4728, sd=A; 01:38Z sop.gotoField = running; found one star on gotoField After the fill, it took 3 or 4 tried to get the rotator to 60. It kept aborting. 01:47Z science very windy, with some clouds rolling in. Occasional high dust. 02:39Z cals. Not sure what happened to the second TIO??
