Had apogee disk space alarms. We disabled one. Towards the end of the night we got a different one. Both are in log. We had an issue with the apogee exposure monitor. Holtzman was called. We had problems with the cloud cam all night. It wasn't displaying images properly, if at all. We tried turning off/on a few times, it worked for a few exposures and then stopped again. Since it was a clear night we didn't bother with it anymore and flew without it. We tried to stop the exposure (NOTE: YOU CANNOT STOP THE EXPOSURE FROM APOGEE YOU MUST DO IT IN SOP!!!) We tried turning the LED's off, and then opening the shutter. We sent an email to infrastructure with a screen shot. Every time the shutter opens, it gives a question mark status next to the shutter button "?;LEDs all off" We tried taking the science sequence again, and all looks to be ok in the QL window...called Holtzman. He says all exposures were ok. However we wonder why the shutter said closed if not really closed? There was some light in the first bad sequence, though since all of them were cut short they should not be considered as good exposures. Note: every hour or so we get serious apogee disk alerts.
