There were NO obvious problems, Jon was watching the network and processes and saw nothing wrong. We also had problems with sop gotoField, it continually claimed to fail on calibs and hartmanns, even though it actually DID take the exposure in question. Stars were always there when we started the guider manually. Paul and Craig got guider fk5InFiber and guider centerUp working, see log for details. Paul, French, and Craig were focusing the guider. 00:45Z All systems and actor were checked, all working fine. Collimation was checked on cart 12 and 14. Both are fine. Stephen Bailey upgraded idlspec2d / SOS. A few biases, flats, arc were taken. They went through the pipeline, and look fine. 00:20Z enclosure off. Night: ------ 01:03Z The sop GUI did not have any default values for gotoField, and the default button was gray. We had to type them all by hand. This is new, we have not had to do that before. 01:12Z sop gotoField failed to take hartmanns, but did not actually fail to take them. Motors all moved ok. Repeating the short hartmanns. 01:15Z Failed to take calibs also 01:21Z the guider flat is also failing. 01:27Z Paul is trying to restart STUI 01:51Z We finally got a guider flat to display, but it looked very odd. 01:57Z Paul is working on the guider errors. 02:37Z Got guider working properly 02:41Z 02:32Z sop gotoField worked well with no hartmanns. 03:37Z Changed to Cart 18 to test the focus and scale, sop gotoField failed again. Trying with short exposure and no loops. 09:59Z Nope, it won't stay on. 10:07Z it turns out the gcamera is disconnected. We tried to restart the gcameraICC but it said we weren't allowed. Then things started working they way they should, without anyone doing anything to it.
