It's pretty easy, except that I don't understand exactly how Russell =
moved the code into STUI.  Well, I sort of do (it's the same code behind =
an adapter) but Russell appears to have his own copies of things.  Craig =
may know more.
Anyway, if I could log into the mountain I could give you instructions.  =
I don't remember exactly where all the code is (it used to be in =
watcher/interlocks but I may have moved it), and there's a pretty simple =
TCL file that describes the logic in an intuitive way [not my invention =
--- the basic idea came from someone at FNAL whose name I've forgotten].
As I can't currently get in, I can't give you better advice.
