Please look at an image if they're reported to be un-reducable by SOS.
The few times it's happened, it has been something catastrophically wrong.
Apparently, r2 is not functioning at all.  There won't be any point of
taking BOSS data tonight if we can't fix it.
It looks like this went bad discontinuously with the change to cartridge 12,
and remained so for the rest of the night.  Best guess might be a jiggled
cable?  As soon as someone is on site, could they look?
