Donuts on those b1 images for plate 3764/55510, so no real
mystery that the arcs would fail.  r1 looks fine.
Let's declare that whole plate bad (in platedb, and in the speclog file)
and start it over.  We really shouldn't be burning time on-sky like this.
Looking at b2 for this plate, it's also hard to believe that's the best
collimator focus.  r2 looks fine.  Are the Hartmanns giving the correct
answer for the blue cameras?
