We did not open tonight because of combinations of high dust, high wind, high
humidity, fog, critically low temperatures, and snow.

All systems were checked and working properly.
Spectro focus ws checked but no adjustment made. It is still set for
about 0.5 C.
Replace both dewars. It was overcast and high dust, we would not open
for a while at least, I did a force fill on spectro dewar before swap it.
High dust count (8 K), overcast, and 76% humidity, No evening ventilation.

07:31Z - Power went out, generator power kicked on, but utility power came
right back.
09:23Z - We shoveled the sidewalk to the telescope.
We did not open because of combinations of high dust, high wind, high
