Sending emails to sdss-plug should reach all the observers. Kaike is the on-site manager of the plate database, and I keep an eye on it as well, but we do take a day off now and then, or are working nights so can't keep up with daytime plug email traffic every day. It is important that we don't put an extra layer that can break the communication between you, Connie, and all the observers.
