Hi Everyone,
   I've adjusted the gain of our IRSC to its winter setting.  I  will
monitor the images for the next several days.  And, I've added a
dedicated link to my IRSC web page, which describes this procedure in
great detail.  If anyone has questions, please feel free to contact me.
