I copied them manually.  FYI, it was a simple one line command from your shell
on sdsshost2:
	scp -p irsc@irsc:data/54242/\* /data/mt/54242/ircam
or in general:
	scp -p irsc@irsc:data//\* /data/mt//ircam
The problem was no doubt due to a ssh-agent setup (or lack thereof) problem.
I'll work with you tonight to make sure it's setup properly.
