I've run tests on the reverted specMech code.  I first tested by telneting
to each spectrograph.  I did simple exposures, paused and resumed exposures,
and aborted exposures.  I also tested the colimator motors, Hartmann screens,
and shutter. All worked well.
I then started SOP and the SOPGUI.  I did three precals (flats and arcs)
followed by an assortment of science exposures: simple, paused and resumed,
and "endStare"d early.  I also did three science exposures and three darks
using the "goStare command" from the command line.  All have correct
exposure times in the FITS header.
