    The MCP is operational for tonight. The UART and several other
things were unjustly maligned; the problem was with how the MCP deals
with a missing NTP server when it boots. The NTP server has been
restarted, and a PR is in for fixing the MCP should it get rebooted
again without an NTP server available.
