This apparent error in the instrument block is such that it makes
taking a pointing model impossible.  Someone would have noticed,
because within a few data points, the star will be offset outside the
field of view.
I took the last pointing model in January, with the very same
instrument block as was used this run, and got an excellent solution
with no strange behavior.  No work has been done on the engineering
camera in the last month, so I am at a loss to explain the sudden
change in orientation.
