While shutting down the telescope, we found water in the lower enclosure
leaking through the ceiling on the west side.  It seems to be coming in
_under_ the upper enclosure floor.
Rotating floor azimuth drive motor #3 was wet, so we ask that the day crew
inspect this before moving the telescope.  However, the rack-mounted
equipment seems to be dry.
There is at least one open PR in GNATS covering enclosure water leaks (PR
1195), so we did not open a new one.
