I talked with Connie, who thought the power to the TDS microprocessor
might have fluctuated causing it to stop responding.  Wendell and I
checked both power supplies.  They were well seated and the power
connectors were engaging.  I could feel the connectors engage about 1/8
inch before the front panel of the power supply came in contact with
the chassis.  This was true for both power supplies.
We had previously seen unresponsiveness that were due to stack overflows
in the code.  Connie believes that she has found all of these overflows
and fixed them.
So cause remains undetermined, but my vote goes to the moths ;')
or a code fault caused by a cosmic ray.
