I put the apporpriate hack into the idReport file to allow processing
for run 3842, and placed it in the golden directory at FNAL.
One other quick point to make is that it appears that the bias run for
this night (3839) never made it to tape.  I am using the bias from mjd
52729 (the night to night changes are pretty much non-existant)  but
wanted to make others aware that this happened.
