Sorry, yes, the Taurus plates do NOT belong to Peregrine.  The confusion that
they do is due to me.  Peregrine corrected that in a private email which I
should have passed on.
Scot, Steve -- Is it possible to include the name (and, preferably, phone
number) of each program owner on the "special plates" procedures page?
