Built new fiducial tables.
Cleaned DA tape drives.

Had a problem with the spectro checkout.  Completed 28 bias frames, but sp1's
numbers in SOS were always red and out of spec.  The first bias frame (18196)
for example displayed: b1=42 and r1=43.  And the last bias frame (18224)
displayed the same.  Sp2's numbers were always black and within spec.
