The scrolling display screens will not change color (to blue) after a
ptvmeReset.  TThat only happens when crates are rebooted.  In fact, according
to Ron R., the ptvmeReset command doesn't touch any boards in the D/A.  It only
resets the PTVME board in sdsshost.  I have become convinced by the behavior of
the PTVME problem that our PTVME problems reside with the sdsshost board or the
software that controls it, not with anything in the D/A.
