It may indeed be that these set of messages occurred somewhat after
our axis aborts. At first, when we noticed the aborts, all we had in the
watcher under TCC was az and rot halted due to a problem. The next time I
looked I noticed these messages reported in the log, but it may be they
came sometime after the aborts.  I am not sure why I remember this, but I
seem to recall the aborts happened around 08:07Z.
