We checked with the observer that night (Mike), and he's sure he
didn't -tapeRelabel.  We also grep'ed for run 3182 in
sdsshost.apo.nmsu.edu:/skycat/oplogs/murmurlog/52403/murmur.21:31:22May082002.
log
and see it being written to tape as expected (about 66 frames written).  So,
could you check again to see if it's on the tapes at your end?  If it's not,
we are most confused.
