The following should be added to the night-shift report:
When opening this evening, the building failed to move on command.  This
was traced to the west door not registering as being up.  At the time, we
took this to be an operator-error in not fully opening the door.
However, it failed in the same way again twice this morning while
replacing the enclosure.
If this happens again, either closing the door part-way then
re-opening it, or using the building interlock override, will get the
building to move.  PR3584 opened.
