FYI,  the specmech code doesn't start timing an exposure until it sees that
the Hartmann doors and shutter are open.  That is why it wouldn't start
counting:  it was waiting for the shutter to open.
I exercised both spectrographs this morning.  Spectrograph one appears to be
operating properly, but spectrograph two's shutter will open but not close
completely.  Both Hartmann doors appear to be working properly.  Spectrograph
two may still have a small air leak, something may have gotten caught in the
shutter or the closed sensor or wiring may have failed.  I will be on site
around 2 PM to physically check and fix it.
