This is due to a problem with the right Hartmann door on SP2. It does not open on command ( PR 4354 filed ). Jon Brinkmann traced this to the signal to the close valve to shut off the air not getting through. Mostly likely cause is a failing/failed output on the driver chip for that signal. Unlikely that the new specmech code is the problem as SP1 is operating correctly and the code is identical in each spectrograph. Jon will work on the problem tomorrow, hopefully only having to replace a driver chip.
