Regarding the failure of endNight: I suspect you are correct that the
failure was rtelated to cleaning out the disk. endNight -doSpectr -doTpm
in the current IOP had worked previously, two times that I know of.
I prefer the solution of fixing the variable call, rather than
restricting what MJDs can or cannot be cleared from disk, FWIW.
