We think we now understand the telrun lock-up.  We had typed ctrl-S in
telrun, and left the session for long for TCC to log us out.
We have also found a bug in the version of iop that was being tested that
may have produced this behavior.  Appropriate reports will be filed.  See
the night log for MJD52136 (2001/8/14) for details.
