This is an inconsistency between the telescope->building and building-> telescope interlocks. I should have mentioned this in a recent log, when we got bitten by the same bug. When opening the building, the MCP telescope interlocks display shows 'building' as preventing telescope motion until the building is clear of the telescope but not all the way to its east limit. This is fine. However, if you move the telescope as soon as the 'building' button in the interlocks display clears, then the building is stopped. We want the telescope to be free to move if the building is sufficiently open, as now, AND for the building to be allowed to continue to open, which is presently prevented. It is fine to prevent the building from closing if the telescope is not at stow, of course. --Pete
