Around 8pm, the day crew found (hopefully) the problem with the primary
mirror - a bad power supply, which they will replace tomorrow, so we did
not get on the sky tonight at all. We declared a bunch of software current,
though.

GENERAL COMMENTS (see Problems below for details):

Eric took a bunch of bias drifts with the latest IOP and makeRunLog
completed successfully. He did not, however, change this part of the code
prior to these tests, though, so we have no idea what happened last night.
But at least, we think makeRunLog, hence imaging, may work with the current
batch of software.
We declared the following software current:
watcher v2_8_16
MCP v4_6_5
TPM v2_3_3
astrom v3_4
astrotools v5_3 (why isn't this astroTools?)
SoS v4_7_1
We did NOT declare IOP current since we have not really tested in with
spectroscopy at all.  The observers will continue to use the latest
greatest IOP: v3_41_5a and will declare it current if it works with SOP.
(All known bugs fixed this shake have been implemented in 3_41_5a.)
Mike and Eric shook a new MOP successfully.
