SYNOPSIS: ========= Closed all night due to clouds and snow flurries. GENERAL COMMENTS (see Problems below for details): ================================================== Taking advantage of the cloudy conditions, Jon Brinkmann and I measured power consumption of the windbaffle in static, tracking, and slewing states. It is possible to invoke the >> prompt in iop/sop by simply typing an unmatched open brace or bracket. As was suspected, issuing the matched close brace/bracket(s) will return the normal prompt. I couldn't reproduce the exact way I originally got into this state ( up-arrow to previous command ), but issuing some number of close braces/brackets then return should always work, so PR 1720 has been suspended. If it turns out that next time >> appears on up-arrow, the fix doesn't work, the PR will be reopened. Eric spent time working on IOP PRs. Among the ones worked on were how IOP deals with finding the imager in the safe voltage mode when drifting ( we now have several options ), and a command to copy the tpm data to commish.
