I will work on this when I get back to Fermilab; Sorry, but clearly the old way of doing findRotator works. If possible, thought, could you do and autoLskip and then a "by hand" lskip, and save both files for me? I'd like to take a look at them. > We tried to figure out calcStripeParams as a way to find out what lambda > we are at. Try calcStripeParamsRA, proc calcStripeParamsRA {stripe strip {startRa ""} {verbose 1} } given a stripe, a strip, and a starting RA it finds the right lambda. If this is what you want, we should turn it into a -help command. > endDrift > -------- > > After issuing an endDrift command for run 1286, we got the following > response (I had hit return in answer to the first two questions- I > thought this was OK): > Another example of bad programming under a deadline. "scanType" should be "scanFlavor". I've made the change, and checked it in on the v3_12 branch. I went ahead and tagged a version v3_12_1. You can cut a version of it. It turns out that the endDrift failure is benign, the only action not occuring is the runLog script not being fired, but it would be best not to get in the habit of seeing endDrift fail and think that it was ok. jim
